His clinical approach focuses on athletic performance optimization, weight loss transformation, and strength training protocols. Working with diverse populations from competitive athletes to individuals with chronic health
clients. Ca specializes in nutrition coaching that address both physical performance and mental resilience.

Cate transitioned from the tech industry to become a Certified Personal Trainer. She blends analytical expertise and a personable approach through corrective functional strength training. After facing medical challenges, Cate rebuilt herself with six years of weightlifting, nutrition education and mental wellness focus, leading her to pursue personal training two years ago. She integrates these lessons to empower others to reclaim their health and confidence -- especially clients who want to reconnect with their body and discover its capabilities.

Bootcamp Fitness Classes

EVERY SATUDAY | 9 AM

Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) bootcamp is led by two personal trainers who bring energy and expert guidance to every session.

Each class is designed as a full-body workout that keeps it fun and interactive with partner challenges, circuit rotations, and energizing music that fuels the tempo.

Expect sweat, laughter, and a supportive team environment that pushes everyone to their personal best while still feeling like a party with purpose.
