I’ve made health and fitness my life’s work with 15+ years of experience in the industry, specializing in nutrition coaching, strength training, weight loss, athletic training, and general wellness.
I’ve had an interest in health and fitness my whole life, growing up playing sports and later loving the process of improving oneself in the gym.
