Give yourself time to park, meet your trainer, and ask questions, meet your group - before your session starts
During Session
Personal Assessment:
Your trainer will ask about injuries, training history, and what brought you here
Movement Preparation:
Dynamic warm-up and priming your muscles specifically to how your body responds. We read you and adjust as we go
Your Session:
Your trainer coaches in real time, watching for compensation patterns and making sure every rep builds confidence, and not just fatigue
Recovery & Mobility:
Guided cool-down and stretching relevant to what you worked that day. We help you learn what your body needs to feel restored
After Session
Check In:
Your trainer will check in on how the session felt and how your body responded in the days after - this shapes what comes next
