Before Session

What to Bring:

  • Water bottle

  • Comfortable workout clothes

  • Cubbies available to drop off your personal items

What We Provide:

  • All equipment (dumbbells, barbells, cable machines, resistance bands, med balls)

  • InBody scan (arrive 10 min early)

  • Complimentary sauna access before/after

Arrive Early:

  • Give yourself time to park, meet your trainer, and ask questions, meet your group - before your session starts

During Session

Personal Assessment:

  • Your trainer will ask about injuries, training history, and what brought you here

Movement Preparation:

  • Dynamic warm-up and priming your muscles specifically to how your body responds. We read you and adjust as we go

Your Session:

  • Your trainer coaches in real time, watching for compensation patterns and making sure every rep builds confidence, and not just fatigue

Recovery & Mobility:

  • Guided cool-down and stretching relevant to what you worked that day. We help you learn what your body needs to feel restored

After Session

Check In:

  • Your trainer will check in on how the session felt and how your body responded in the days after - this shapes what comes next

  • We'll help you find whether Strength & Mobility or Functional Strength & Endurance aligns with your goals - or you can mix both!

Build Your Foundation:

  • Consistency beats intensity. We recommend a few sessions to experience coaching, the community and how your body responds.
