Personal training rates at Anchor & Rise Fitness vary based on the trainer you work with and the number of sessions you commit to per week.

  • The 1:1 personal training sessions range from $85 to $95 per session

  • The group training (2 to 4 members) sessions range from $35 to $45 per session

Joining more frequent sessions, lowers the cost per session, making consistency more accessible over time. Your coach will help you choose a package that aligns with your goals and your lifestyle. For some clients, that looks like simple check-ins and steady accountability. For others, it means higher training frequency and more hands-on support. There’s no one “right” way to do this - it comes back to what works best for you.
