Also, we provide nutrition coaching from our Precision Nutrition-certified coach to help yo uon your health journey.
How We’re Different
Measurable Progress
Frequent InBody scans (measures weight, muscle mass, body-fat percentage) and tape measurements
Regular check-ins, so you can see progress before it appears on a scale or a mirror
Adaptive Programming
Our coaches adjust plans based on your feedback + measurable results
Also, our coaches share successes and what’s working across clients - so there’s mix of new workouts + fundamentals.
Joint + Strength Health
Mobility training, stretching, and weight training are combined into our workout programs
This creates stronger muscles + joints, bone durability, and better movement

Coach Cate Keenan
“Cate is not only knowledgeable but also very supportive, which makes every workout feel achievable.”
Cate Keenan
Personal Trainer + Breathwork Instructor
Over 5 years of personal training with weightlifting, high-intensity training, and breathwork. I discovered these tools can be transformative for overall health.
Today, I specialize in pain management, ligament support, and exercise technique. That focus is personal. It comes from my own autoimmune condition that challenged my weight and energy daily. In know what it’s like to work with a body that isn’t cooperating.
My next step as a trainer: I’m currently studying hypermobility, lupus, and fibromyalgia. Basically, how autoimmune conditions affect the body during movement, so I can better support clients training around these conditions.
American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certification
Breathwork Facilitator Foundations Certification

Joining more frequent sessions, lowers the cost per session, making consistency more accessible over time. Your coach will help you choose a package that aligns with your goals and your lifestyle. For some clients, that looks like simple check-ins and steady accountability. For others, it means higher training frequency and more hands-on support. There’s no one “right” way to do this - it comes back to what works best for you.
-
We start at your baseline — reviewing your goals, running a movement screen, and giving you a studio tour. You'll leave with clear direction and a real feel for how we coach.
-
NO, beginners are welcome! Sessions meet you where you are. Some people come to us with lifetime athletics career, some come from rehab, injuries or difficulty feeling disassociated from their body.
Our clientele comes from minimal to lifetime movement backgrounds. There’s no “right” time to start. It starts when you want to take that first step.
-
Yes, in fact, it’s our primary focus at our studio. We use programming, and modifications around limitations, medical history, and injuries We review your medical history first — and if you've recently had surgery or an injury, a doctor's clearance may be required before training.
-
2x a week minimum - but this doesn’t mean 2x a week to see a personal trainer. Sometimes it means at-home workouts and movements, then checking in with your personal trainer progress.
-
Our packages traditionally renew on a monthly basis (no subscription or i.e. 3-month minimum package deals - we don’t do that BS here). We do monthly check ins to see how you’re progressing and YOU choose whether to renew
