About the Team

Life is full of complicated responsibilities that we attempt to juggle all the time - and it can easily teeter off balance. Our studio is where you can escape that chaotic noise - ANCHOR and GROUND yourself in movement and exercise.

We found that working out and bettering ourselves physically was the first step to changing the narrative of our story.

That’s how our studio began…

And from the OUTSIDE, life looked dialed in - stable income, retirement, and healthcare - but inside was a feeling of internal betrayal. Staying safe. Staying comfortable.

For years, one of our founders, Cate Keenan, lived the “safe” path. Seven years in the Navy. Predictable. Stable.

Entered Ca Do, who coached dozens of people regain control of their health for 16 years, faced his own health being threatened. In Oct 2022, at 32 years old, he was put on dialysis after kidney failure. Dialyzed because of a rare genetic autoimmune (IgA Nethropathy) that has attacked his kidneys since he was a teenager.

And there were chapters where he was near death from a rare disease. Over a dozen friends and family enlisted to screen as a potential donor.

All that comfort was challenged during a series of health scares.

Cate past medical screening and donated her kidney. Ca received a kidney transplant and new chapter of life

Surgeon Dr. Stephen Rayhill poses with us after leading our donation and transplant surgeries at the University of Washington Medical Center. Dr. Rayhill insisted cancelling a vacation to do the transplant surgery and complete our story

In Jan 2025, he received a new kidney and reversed life threatening risks. This is when we could begin a new chapter - a new business to help people in their life’s challenges.

That circles us here to where we are today, together, building a place to help people with their own fitness journey.
