Our team doesn’t just understand fitness theory - we’ve lived the real struggles.

One coach rebuilt their life after dialysis and receiving a new kidney. After 15 years in personal training, they faced the ultimate test of everything they’d taught others about resilience.

The other faced thyroid dysfunction, Crohn’s, and anxiety. Six years of personal practice with weightlifting, breathwork, and meditation for their own healing, they’ve spent 2 years helping others discover these same tools.

They know what it means to rebuild from zero when your body feels foreign.
