Located in Everett, WA - serving Mill Creek, Lynnwood, Mukilteo, and Everett - Anchor & Rise Fitness is a private personal training studio built around one belief - that your body is resilient, adaptive, and built for untested capabilities.

From beginners who have never touched a weight to lifetime athletes, to anyone navigating chronic pain, injury recovery, or chronic illness - Anchor & Rise meets you exactly where you are. We offer 1:1 personal training, small group classes, nutrition coaching, and breathwork that build four cornerstones to your wellness.

1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING IN EVERETT

Your goals, your body, your schedule are the central focus in your personal training experience. This is where we assess and individualize your training and select the correct coach and training style.

At Anchor & Rise Fitness, our expert personal trainers in Everett, WA combine strength training, mobility programming, nutrition coaching and breathwork to build bodies that are resilient, adaptive, and genuinely built for mileage - not just the next weigh-in. Whether you are navigating chronic pain, injury, recovery, improving athletic performance, reclaiming your energy, reshaping your body - or simply, you just want to feel stronger than you did five years ago - we build the program around you. NOT you around a template.

Personal training starts at $85 for a 50-minute session - with flexible packages built around your schedule and your goals. Every new client starts with a free consultation and a free 30-minute personal training session.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING IN EVERETT

Group training at Anchor & Rise is where personal goals meets collective energy. You get a coach who reads your body in real time, a program that shifts based on your need that day , and a group of people moving toward the same thing you are.

Each session caps at 4 participants - keeping the balance between a coach who can still guide you individually and a group that energizes you. It’s the 1-on-1 experience at half the cost, with a support system you didn’t know you needed.

Our sessions offer a variety to meet your preference and personal goals - with that’s to build strength, improve endurance, or focus on recovery. Your body responds differently to each phase of your fitness journey. Also, every participant gets access to an InBody scan and our sauna before or after their sessions.

Group training starts at $35 for a 50-minute session - with flexible packages built around your schedule and your goals. Every new client starts with a free session to experience our workouts and training style.

FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION & WELLNESS COACH IN EVERETT

You don’t need another fad diet. Feeling more energy, at peace and satisfaction in your body, and meeting goals with ingredients that bring satisfaction - rather than a gap that depletes energy and drains sustaining long term habits.

I’m here to help you feel support and empowerment to reach your goals. I’ve been the medical patient, gone through the health crisis, felt disassociation in my body and dissatisfaction in myself. Trailblazing how to come back to myself has driven me to help others find the same rediscovery in themselves.
