I’ve had an interest in health and fitness my whole life, growing up playing sports and later loving the process of improving oneself in the gym. I’ve made health and fitness my life’s work with 15+ years of experience in the industry, specializing in nutrition coaching, strength training, weight loss, athletic training, and general wellness.
I’m passionate about helping people from a whole person view - not just from a physical standpoint but through the lens of nutrition and mental health as well, because I believe that health and wellness is more than just “working out.”

Over six years of personal practice with weightlifting, high-intensity training and breathwork, I discovered these tools can transform for whole-body wellness. Now with two years training others, I specialize in supporting clients through chronic fatigue challenges, weight management, and energy levels.
